Monday morning Estella walked me to school, only about 20mins away and located in the new town. I had a 4 hour lesson with Eugenia and then a 3 hour lesson with Silviana after lunch. I met a girl called Lindsey from Scotland who started at the same time as me and was doing the same course which is good. There are very few other students, only 5 in total. Apparently this is a very quiet time of year.
Everyday this week has been much the same. Go the school for 8.30am after an excellent breakfast courtesy of Estella. 4 hour lesson with Eugenia followed by lunch with Lindsey sampling different local snacks. Every afternoon Tue-Fri Silviana and I have go out around town and doen spanish converstaion whilst out and about. Then in the evening i have homework to do, then dinner with the family and chatting/attempting to chat until I crash out because I am sooo tired!
Tuesday: Silviana, Lindsey, her teacher and I all went to the Museo de la Cuidad. Wednesday we went to the markets - crafts then food. It´s really interesting all the different fruits they have here. I love markets! Thursday we had an exciting afternoon. We went to the Placio de la Gobierno and had a tour all round it. Basically like touring round the House of Parliment. Evern better was the President was there and we saw him and got photos of him!!! Very exciting. We then wandered round the old town with our teachers/guides! Friday we went to the Museo de Guaynasium who is a really famous artist here. His work is very distinctive and pretty cool. Also the museum had great views over the city although it was raining an normal!
The Musea de la cuidad was a hospital and this was the chapel - very ott!
This is me with the guard for the Houses of Parliment
This is Lindsey and our teachers, Silviana is on the right.

Friday evening I went out with the guys from my homestay and an American girl, Cindy, who is also staying there. We went to a Salsa club - I have no idea how to dance slasa!! It was fun though and I found some other Gringos to dance badly with!
